Complete Security
Security cameras provide round-the-clock surveillance which is continually monitored and well maintained. The entrance door is a steel security door; from the inside a large roller door can be opened allowing vehicular access to the storage boxes. Internally all the individual exclusive boxes have their own keys; there is no box sharing.
Flexible Size Options
MyStrongBox offers three sizes of storage based on a 20-foot shipping container; we have all seen them running around on lorries. A full box will offer you 53.3 square feet of floor space often enough for a whole house of furniture. We have split some of our boxes to offer half and third boxes. Book a box and if your stuff won't fit, have another box. All boxes offer exclusive use.
Convenient Accessibility
MyStrongBox offers 24/7/365 access to your belongings. Any time of day or night come and see your belongings. Smile at the door camera, unlock with your key and in you go. The lights are all automatic, so no looking for a light switch. You can open the large electric access door from the inside and drive in and up close to your box. There is a loo in the building if needed. There is also dedicated Wi-Fi available.

Secure Self Storage
We offer mainly indoor storage; it is far better quality than outdoor. Indoor storage does not suffer from condensation, in the building there is no water source to cause condensation. Indoor storage does not suffer from the very high temperatures that can be found in outdoor boxes. We offer month to month contracts, also six- and twelve-month contracts. Long term clients receive rental discounts.
We also offer a few outdoor boxes at a lower rent, as seen in the video. These are whole 20-foot boxes only. They are fully watertight and in good condition. These boxes will heat in the summer months and may not be best for Aunt Harriet’s French dresser. To condensation, we have never experienced the problem as the boxes are waterproof, dry inside, and our clients do not put wet goods inside.

Flexible Workspace Rentals
Beyond storage, we have a limited number of small workspaces equipped with power, water, and WC facilities. Very suitable space for tradesmen / enthusiasts who need somewhere to do their thing. Associated to this we also have several larger commercial units on site from 100 to 300 meters square. Tenants change from time to time; we intend to build another four commercial units in 2025 of around 150 Square meters each. No harm in giving me a ring to see what may be available.

The Money Bit
Hiring a box
If you wish to rent a box, you are emailed a contract and an invoice for the first month. There is no need to sign the contract, paying the invoice is acceptance of the contract. On receipt of payment your exclusive set of keys are issued. I ask my clients to put their box number as the narrative to any payment to assist allocating the payment to your box.
Invoices
Our boxes are let on a month-to-month basis, with discounts for terms of six or twelve months. Month-to-month lets are paid by direct debit in advance. We account for all payments, regularly emailing you a receipt listing all payments. MyStrongBox is not vat registered, there is no VAT, you pay what is says on the box. You are always in control.
Contract
You are emailed a contract clearly stating the T&Cs simply with no small print; it is only two pages. The contract offers a limited insurance on your belongings, though it is recommended that clients seek a fuller cover if required. The contract is not limited in time; we do not ask people to leave; you may stay as long as you like.
